As part of the Digitalization Unit of my department, I am involved in multiple projects to digitalize the department's internal processes and services. This ongoing effort is in line with the Sarawak State Government's effort to be a digitalized state as we progress to a more digitized society.
Digitalization of Water Supply in JBALB Sarawak

This project involved the establishment of the JBALB Integrated Digital Command and Control Centre, and the use of SCADA and GIS monitoring in the digitalization of water supply. This project also includes digital modeling, digitization of engineering drawings, and the setup of a Customer Service centre for the department.
Enterprise Data Practitioner & Data Visualization
Visualisation Project Lead for Use Case 2
For this project, the data for customer services requests received by the department were extracted from an online system and visualized in Tableau. This would enable easier information transfer, progress monitoring, and compilation of data.
Advanced Metering Infrastructure - Smart Water Meter Project

This projects involved the first stage of proof of concept (POC) for the installation of smart water meters, in a small area in Bau district. This project is currently in the process of approval by the state project committee for a statewide launch.
